I was told by both my mothers and others that I need to update the blog...so hear it is!! One week tomorrow Hannah and I (and Micah) head out for Utah. We are excited, anxious, and scared, but most of all we are excited. It is amazing how time flies by, sometimes it feels like Hannah and I got married yesterday. I also don't like the fact that we have to act like a grown ups....that too seems to sneak up on you. Anyway...I digress a little. Hannah comes back from her weekend home this Tuesday and then this week she will be packing our stuff up while I am at work. We are hoping to get together with a few friends this week, but mostly it will be packing and getting our ducks in a row before moving.
Now.... some dates......On July 25 I am taking the Praxis test for my Utah teaching license, July 27, Hannah and I leave for Utah. July 28 we hope to be at our new townhouse in Utah (I will get the address out once we confirm it). We will leave Utah for California a couple days after that. Then we will stay in California until about the 8th of August. Hannah's first day of teacher preparation is August 10. Then on August 24 we start our first day of teaching...WOW!!
All of this is a bit overwhelming because we have much to do because we are only taking what we can fit in our cars, all furniture etc. will have to be bought in UT. Hannah and I ask for your prayers as we make this big transition in our life. Isn't it amazing how God has a plan for all of us, we may not always like it, but He has a plan for us and we just need to trust in Him because it is the best thing for us. We also thank God for all the blessings He has given Hannah and I....a good job, loving family, and so much more.
